At Bellevue Taxi, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all customers.
Standard Reservations
Reservations may be canceled free of charge if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
If a passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup location and cannot be reached, the reservation may be considered a no-show. No-shows may be charged the full fare or applicable cancellation fee.
Airport Pickups
For airport pickups, customers should provide accurate flight information when booking. We monitor flight arrivals whenever possible; however, cancellations after the driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Booking Changes
Customers may request changes to pickup times, locations, or trip details based on availability. Additional charges may apply if the change affects the fare or travel distance.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
